Generally, we request payment at 2 weeks in advance for LOCAL & 30 days in advance for INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. In case, we have to deposit to the suppliers to guarantee the service availability, we will request you to settle the deposit to us accordingly. The special payment deadline will be applied and indicated in specific bookings in tour confirmation

Except as otherwise agreed by TOUR CONCEPTS LTD, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash deposits ,etransact or electronic transfer to the appropriate TOUR CONCEPTS LTD designated bank accounts. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to TOUR CONCEPTS LTD must be paid by the Client/Agent. Payment by credit card is acceptable but a service charge will apply.
